We can slow the skin aging process by following a few simple rules. Some tips for keeping skin young have already been proven, here they are:

1  The most important thing is to protect yourself from the sun and its ultraviolet (UV) rays causing damage to the skin. UV is responsible for more than half of skin aging. They disorganize the DNA of the skin cells, responsible for the good functions and the good mechanism of the cells. They decrease, among other things, the amount of fibers produced by the skin as well as their quality. These fibers, collagen and elastic ensure the maintenance and firmness of the skin. Not to mention the famous brown spots that come out after unprotected meetings with mister the sun.

 One must clean one’s skin every day, sometimes morning and evening depending on the type of skin. In the morning, the cleaning helps to remove the excess oil produced during the night and accumulated on the surface of the skin. We would not want to apply our products over a layer of oil. In the evening, it removes makeup and impurities. Thus, the epidermis breathes much better. It is cleansed with specially formulated soap so that it does not dry out and create a more serious problem by removing the natural lubrication of the skin which could cause deep wrinkles. One should not clean the skin more of them times a day. In over-cleaning, it may irritate and dry the skin which could cause pimples.

 One protects and moisturizes one’s skin every day. Lack of hydration is one of the causes of aging. When the skin is thirsty (dehydration), it ages more quickly because the cells are in a state of lack and survival. They must work harder to regenerate themselves and create new young cells. A good moisturizer makes the difference, hydration being the basis of anti-aging care. Products preferably containing chronically acid are selected. This ingredient moisturizes and keeps the water in the skin for reinvigorated wrinkles from the inside and a plumper skin.

4  Vitamin C is preferred in our diet and supplements. We know the saying: An apple a day keeps the doctor away forever. Yes, but to slow down the appearance of wrinkles, it is essential to eat 75 mg of vitamin C per day, the equivalent of a big orange, a grapefruit or a kiwi or half a cup of strawberries.

5  We do yoga to reduce the stress and tension that have negative effects on the skin of our face. Less tense, it reduces the signs of age on the skin. A practice of 15 minutes a day is sufficient and can be practiced at home.
